Typical timelines (excluding production):

• Domestic: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs and local carriers may cause delays.

Once your order is placed successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.

This email confirms that:

Your payment was completed successfully

Your order has been received

Production or fulfilment will begin shortly

If you don’t see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm your order status for you.

Possibly, but timing matters.

If your order has not yet entered production or been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Once an order is in production or has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details, and we’ll do our best to help.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for your convenience.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, the first step is to check your shipping confirmation email for tracking information.

In some cases, delays can occur due to customs clearance, local courier issues, or high delivery volumes.

If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your order appears lost, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Include clear photographic evidence

Where possible, we issue a replacement before a refund. Defective items do not need to be returned.
