Do Not Record Me Ltd operates a made-to-order production model. All products are manufactured specifically for each customer once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

1. Production Times

All products are produced on demand. Production typically takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Orders are not mass-produced or pre-stocked. Production begins shortly after payment confirmation and may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced, except where required by law.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery estimates are calculated after production is completed. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
North America: 5 to 12 business days
Rest of World: 7 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, local disruptions, or peak periods.

3. Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping may be offered in selected countries where a minimum order threshold is met.

Free shipping promotions are conditional and apply only where the qualifying order value is satisfied at checkout.

Free shipping does not constitute a standalone product or service and is offered as a promotional incentive.

4. Shipping Providers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through authorised third-party manufacturing and logistics providers. These providers handle production and delivery on our behalf.

We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

We may not be able to modify the order once production has begun
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses

6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly collected at checkout.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs.

7. Risk of Loss and Delivery Confirmation

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If delivery confirmation shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly before contacting us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages following confirmed delivery.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking does not confirm delivery and your order appears lost in transit, you must:

Check the tracking information provided
Contact your local delivery carrier
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution where appropriate.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, labour disputes, or governmental actions.
