Returns & Refund Policy
All Do Not Record Me products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.
1. Made-to-Order Production
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Production typically begins shortly after payment confirmation.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Minor production variations do not constitute defects.
3. Delivery Confirmation and Risk
An order is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

4. Lost in Transit
If tracking does not confirm delivery and the order appears lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution where appropriate.
5. Free Shipping Promotions
Where free shipping is offered subject to a minimum order threshold, the promotion applies only if the final retained order value meets or exceeds that threshold.
If a refund or partial refund reduces the total order value below the applicable free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original standard shipping cost from the refund amount.
Shipping promotions are conditional incentives and do not create an entitlement to shipping reimbursement where the qualifying conditions are no longer met.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to submit delivery confirmation, tracking information, and order documentation to the payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders where we reasonably suspect abuse of refund or dispute processes.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where applicable, personalised or made-to-order goods may be exempt from certain cancellation rights under distance selling regulations.
